WABot AI Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using WABot AI ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not accept these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Service Description

WABot AI is an AI-powered WhatsApp assistant designed for small businesses. The service includes:

• Automated customer responses over WhatsApp
• AI training via website scanning and manual data entry
• Business profile management
• Google Calendar integration (optional)

3. Eligibility

To use WABot AI you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have a valid WhatsApp Business or personal account
• Have authority to bind your business to these Terms
• Comply with WhatsApp Terms of Service

4. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate phone number and business information
• You are responsible for keeping your account secure
• You must not share your account credentials with others
• One WhatsApp number may only be linked to one WABot AI account

5. Subscription and Payments

5.1 Pricing

• Monthly subscription: $19.99/month
• 1,000,000 AI tokens included per month
• Additional tokens may be purchased separately

5.2 Payment Terms

• Payments are processed through secure third-party providers
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• No refunds for partial months or unused tokens

5.3 Free Trial

• Free usage may be limited
• We reserve the right to change free tier limitations

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use WABot AI to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk marketing
• Harass, threaten, or abuse others
• Distribute illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Violate applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the service
• Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

7. AI-Generated Content

• AI responses are generated based on your training data
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated responses
• You are responsible for reviewing and monitoring AI responses
• WABot AI is not liable for harm caused by AI-generated content

8. Data and Content

8.1 Your Content

• You own your business data and training content
• You grant us a license to use this data to provide the service
• You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to the content you provide

8.2 Customer Messages

• Messages between you and your customers are processed for AI functionality
• We do not claim ownership of these conversations

9. WhatsApp Compliance

• You must comply with WhatsApp Terms of Service and policies
• WABot AI is not affiliated with or endorsed by WhatsApp/Meta
• WhatsApp account restrictions or bans are not our responsibility
• We recommend using WhatsApp Business for commercial use

10. Service Availability

• We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• Planned maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
• We are not responsible for outages beyond our control

11. Intellectual Property

• WABot AI and original content belong to Orion Dijital
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software
• Our trademarks and brand may not be used without permission

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• WABot AI is provided "AS IS" without warranty
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months
• We are not liable for lost profits, data loss, or business interruption

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WABot AI, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of third-party rights

14. Termination

14.1 By You

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Account deletion requests will be processed within 30 days

14.2 By Us

• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• We may discontinue the service with 30 days' notice
• Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately

15. Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms at any time
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
• Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
